At this harvest, we will be picking Asian pears at a house located about three miles away from the Leaven Community Center - where the Portland Fruit Tree Project's office is located. We will meet at Leaven (5431 NE 20th) at 9:00am to load up our equipment and then start biking over to the harvest location shortly after. Please come with your personal bike and biking equipment. If you have a cargo bike or bike trailer, that would be super helpful in transporting pears back to our fridge! It should be a relatively quick ride and a great harvest!
