This work party is in conjunction with Positive Charge PDX! an organization focused on building community and amplifying kindness. Learn more about them HERE. We will be tending to the Parkrose Community Orchard. This space is a young orchard of well-cared-for trees, with lots of different varieties of fruit and native plants to explore. We will be weeding the tree bases, pruning back the native plants, and mulching. This is a lovely space and we will have many opportunities to learn and harvest from these trees in collaboration with the Parkrose Community United Church of Christ.
