We have a wonderful opportunity to harvest olives at the La Creole Olive Orchard in Dallas, OR! The owner, Beau, will give us a tour and guide us how to easily harvest olives. Beau says that the fruit is great this year, with lots of purple color and they are nice and ripe right now. 

There is very limited parking, so we are renting a passenger van to take some folks. If you happen to have a large vehicle and you can bring some other volunteers, let us know! We are planning on meeting at Leaven Community Center at 9am with coffee :) 

Be sure to bring some bags/containers to bring home olives in, and a sack lunch or snack since it'll be a longer than normal harvest day!
