At this harvest, we will be harvesting Concord and Niagara grapes at a house located about a half mile away from the Leaven Community Center - where the Portland Fruit Tree Project's office is located. We will meet at Leaven at 5431 NE 20th at 3:30pm to load up our equipment and then start biking over to the harvest location shortly after. Please come with your personal bike and biking equipment. If you have a cargo bike or bike trailer, that would be super helpful in transporting grapes back to our fridge! It should be a relatively quick ride and a great harvest! The donated produce will be distributed to the Bethlehem House of Bread and the Cascade AIDS Project.
